Jazz Dixon
Jazz the Alchemist – Fused Glass Artist
www.jazzthealchemist.co.uk
Jazz Dixon is a fused glass artist inspired by the dualities of glass—its strength and fragility, its vibrant colour and translucency. After many years designing and teaching crafts, she completed a BA (Hons) in Designer Maker at the University of Brighton in 2016, specialising in glass. Her work explores how light interacts with the material, creating depth, intense colours, and movement. Influenced by the natural world and the Sussex landscape, Jazz creates pieces that reflect both beauty and complexity. She exhibits widely across the UK and is represented in several galleries and independent shops.
