Bonx Trigwell

Bonx Trigwell was born and grew up in the Crystal Palace area of South London.

He Studied Classical, Acoustic and Electric Guitars and has performed all over the UK with various bands and as a solo musician.

He won a Silver cup at the Southampton Jazz festival and has been a session guitarist in London.

He has also recorded three Albums of songs,

He has been interviewed about his writing and music on BBC radio Sussex, Surrey and Kent; and Meridian FM, Susi FM, Redstone FM.

He enjoys living in Sussex and loves exploring big old country houses and their grounds.

At present he is currently editing all the 21 books he has written,called ‘Inner Silent Way’… a task that requires lots of late nights, and lots of coffee.
