Taking place in our fantastic new studio, Salsa Fitness is an exciting and enjoyable way to feel energised and uplifted whilst burning the calories! Salsa dancing helps improve circulation and strengthens muscle and bone to keep joints flexible as well as improving balance, coordination and posture. The dance consists of combinations of six steps, danced over an eight-count rhythm and includes turns, spins and dips.
Ideal for beginners and anyone wishing to dance themselves into shape, so come and immerse yourself in the rhythms of Latin America and improve your wellbeing and fitness at the same time!
No partner required (social distancing adhered to)
