Mayor’s Concert

Join us for this free concert at Hailsham Parish Church where we will welcome Cllr. Paul Holbrooke, the town’s mayor.

The concert will include performances by Hailsham Choral Society, conducted by Jozik Kotz and accompanied by Will Hancox, and Hailsham Voices Community Pop Choir, conducted by Abbie Marsden.

We are delighted that acclaimed Bass Baritone, Jozik Kotz, will not only conduct Hailsham Choral but will also perform a selection of solo songs. We like to keep him busy!

Hailsham Choral

Hailsham Choral is delighted to be taking part again in the Mayor’s concert this year. We will be performing a selection from our extensive repertoire, which apart from the great choral works includes opera and Gilbert and Sullivan choruses, folksongs and some jazz classics.

For more information about Hailsham Choral, see our website: www.hailshamchoral.org. New members, especially altos, tenors and basses, are always welcome, so if you are interested, do get in touch on hcsjoin@hailshamchoral.org

Hailsham Voices

Hailsham Voices, directed by Abbie Marsden, is a fun and friendly community pop choir for people of all ages and abilities. Abbie set up the choir in 2018 with the aim of inspiring people to sing in a choir, regardless of ability or music reading skills, and this local pop choir has thrived from the outset thanks to their collective joy and passion for singing. If you are interested in joining Hailsham Voices you can either follow them on Facebook or go to www.hailshamvoices.org
