Carol Anne started this painting from ideas and the movement of the beautiful sands at Camber. She then reworks the canvas until it takes a form of its own. By using large expressive strokes in all directions she builds interest in the painting She uses bright colours against med tones to give the painting a strong physical presence. She ultimate aim is to creat an emotional response in the viewer.
